Inflation is a big topic in the world today. Everyone is affected by it, whether its gas prices, grocery prices or the increasing prices of other everyday goods and services. Mark share his advice on how to prepare for the unknown and why shouldn't panic through this period of time. Everything happens on a pendulum and when it goes down, it'll eventually come back up!

We all deal with stress from time to time, whether it is at home, at work, or in our personal life. However, stress can become a serious problem if you don't know how to deal with it in a healthy way. According to Stress.org, long-term stress can prove to be more than just a mental issue. From headaches to stomach disorders to depression – even very serious issues like stroke and heart disease can come as a result of stress."

This week, Mark, Steve and Jocelyn share what stressors surround them and how they cope during those moments.

Even after April comes to an end, we challenge you to try 1 or 2 of the techniques we mentioned to combat the stress in your life and share with us what stresses you and how you deal with it.
