We're back, back, back again! Kinda.

As I'm sure you've noticed, we've been on an extended hiatus for a bevy of reasons, some within our control and some not, but we wanted to give you guys this ep as a thank you for continuing to check in and make us feel loved <3

In honor of the release of the 10-year anniversary edition of FROOT, we're releasing the episode we recorded months back for the album! With that in mind, don't clock the outdated news & SPA playlist. Or do, it's a free country and we deserve to be whacked! While we're getting ahead of things: we also did have to find a new editor for this episode so if things are a little off, you're not crazy!

We don't have any concrete answers about what happens next but we do know we will return, in some way, shape or form. We can't thank you guys enough for your patience and have loved doing this every step of the way for the last four years. <3
