piri & tommy also stopped by to talk all things new era – ahead of their headline slot at our upcoming Dork 100 show at Colours Hoxton, before their euphoric performance at our Dork Closing Party on the beach. And finally, we’re joined by Lynks, who returned to The Great Escape with a bang – rightfully headlining our beach stage with a set full of anthems, sweat, and very welcome chaos.

Bradley Simpson is our special guest, grabbed live and direct from our rammed Dork 100 show last month. That came straight ahead of the release of his debut solo album, ‘The Panic Years’, as he steps out as a Proper Concern in his own right. If how that gig went down is anything to go by, he’ll do just fine.

As we stagger into the final furlong of the year with the sort of reckless abandon usually reserved for the office party karaoke, expect tangents and blatant diversions. The perfect audio accompaniment to your last-minute present wrapping existential crisis.

Unwrapping tales from past editions, the show revisits feature chats with some of indie’s finest – from The Amazons’ arena-sized ambitions to Panic Shack’s gloriously chaotic charm, Lambrini Girls’ punk spirit to L Devine’s pop perfection, plus unmissable moments with The Itch and Abbie Ozard.
