When we look at the most highly valued businesses around, it's often easy to see what the recipe that made them the success that they are. One often overlooked aspect however is B2B tech. It's arguably the secret ingredient that takes many businesses to the next level.

This special live podcast recording took place at London Metropolitan University and featured three guests who are all founders of new, up and coming B2B tech businesses. We were joined by Will Read, the founder and CEO of Sideways 6, a company that helps companies bring their own employees' ideas to life.

Hosted by Tim Barnes, CEO of the Centre for Entrepreneurs. We also spoke with Chukwudi Anyiam-Osigwe, the Co-Founder of Safiyo, who enable organisations with intelligent consumer insights from emerginy markets around the world. Our third speaker was Ian Makgill, the founder of Spend Network, providing procurement data for businesses at scale.

When it comes to growing a new venture, things are easier said than done. Fortunately, there are numerous options for kickstarting a business and then getting the support you need to help it grow. Incubators, pre-accelerators, accelerators and venture builders are all there to help.

Saalim Chowdhury (Managing Director of Techstars London) is behind one of the biggest and most prestigious accelerators in the world. Harish Malhi (Founder of Goodspeed) has experienced the other side of the coin as a user of programmes like this. It's difficult to know where to start as a young entrepreneur looking to grow their venture, so that's what we're digging into today.

We at the Centre for Entrepreneurs have been researching the support programmes available to UK entrepreneurs and have launched our report 'Incubation Nation', including the largest, free online directory of UK accelerator and incubator programmes. To download the report and access the directory, click here.

The phrase "diversity in startups and investment" probably already means something to you, but today, we'd like to explore the nature of diversity itself through the individual experiences of our guests: Kike Oniwinde Agoro (Founder and CEO of BYP Network) and Nikita Thakrar (Co-Founder and CEO of Included VC).

One of the most important investments a business ever makes is in its people: the founders, the investors, the partners, the guiding spirits, the mentors, the advisors, everybody that's involved. Ensuring diversity at this level is incredibly important, but how do we get there?
