Maharishikaa speaks on the oldest system in the realm of spirituality, the transmission of knowledge in the relationship between Guru and disciple.

She elaborates that such a relationship between Guru and disciple begins when an individual becomes a seeker of Truth, wanting to know and experience something beyond the perceivable, and thus a search for the Guru begins. Maharishikaa says the Guru disciple relationship is like two players on a stage. The role of the Guru is to point out the ego to the disciple and constantly guide them toward the Antarguru (inner guide). The role of the Shishya (disciple) is to recognize that the ego is being pointed out by the Guru, and - consciously circumventing the ego - move toward the Truth being shown by the Guru. She describes the pitfalls for each: if the Guru fears pointing out the ego, or if the disciple gets angry at what’s being shown, the relationship between Guru and disciple dissolves. The Leela (cosmic dance) unfolds when both live their roles to perfection. The disciple transforms and deepens in Self-realization — an essential step in spiritual awakening — leaving less ego for the Guru to chisel at, allowing the relationship to evolve into one of simple love flowing between the two.

Maharishikaa offers the golden key to circumventing the ego that rears its head in the form of fear, anger, or jealousy. When the disciple realizes that these emotions - which are not intrinsic to the system — are threatening to take over, the disciple must bring himself or herself into this present moment — where the ego has no power, and the Truth reigns supreme. She asks that the disciple should remember each time jealousy or anger show up, that these emotions are physically destructive and harmful to the body — a key awareness in spirituality and ancient practices for the modern spiritual seeker.

Commenting on whether there comes a point when the ego’s intensity reduces, Maharishikaa illuminates the play of life from a new perspective. She illustrates how the direct connect to the Truth, which is solid at birth, gets increasingly obstructed as the child is socialized. These obstructions, She explains, can only be moved out of the way when the seeker undertakes active surrender processes of discerning whether their actions are emerging from the Truth within or the ego. When the seeker consciously circumvents the ego and acts from Truth, only then do these obstructions move away, allowing for a more direct connect once again. She warns, however, that if the surrender process is stopped, the seeker paves the way for the ego to once again obstruct the path to the Truth — a vital insight for any disciple walking the path of spirituality.

Maharishikaa reveals the enormous impact of Truth action in a given moment, which holds the power to influence the course of past ego actions. Emphasizing that life is not a progressive continuum, She highlights that each moment holds enormous possibilities of change in inconceivable dimensions and directions — a deep realization in spiritual awakening.

Practices like the ‘Who am I?’ or Neti-Neti, which were originally not practices but questions and experiences arising along the self-realization journey, now lead to havoc in the minds of young seekers who practice these disconnected teachings, ending up entirely confused and disoriented. As this potent sexual energy is transmuted, it changes its expression. Maharishikaa speaks about the practices of energy transmutation and how to transmute sexual energy, which can be learned, if he’s serious and willing to invest time, effort, and energy into it.

Andrew Cohen - Why the Guru was toppled…

Maharishikaa responds to an emotional ex-follower of the EnlightenNext movement Christopher Hawkins, about its founder Andrew Cohen's recent passing away.

She traces his rise and fall as an influential teacher in the field of spiritual awakening and enlightenment experiments during the 1990s, most notably through his work with EnlightenNext. She shows understanding for the emotional rollercoaster experienced by many of his former disciples—including those who left him—as they process his death and reflect on their own spiritual journey.

With clarity and compassion, Maharishikaa deconstructs Cohen’s downfall, which She had revealed to him during a private meeting he sought with her in Tiruvannamalai in 2020. She explains to Christopher that people like Andrew are not ill-intentioned—they are simply not present in their bodies. She rejects his concept of ‘evolutionary enlightenment,’ stating unequivocally that there is no evolution or devolution of consciousness. While the idea may appear intellectually compelling, it is nothing but conceptual gymnastics—far from reality.

In pursuit of this ideal, Cohen moved beyond the emotional, beyond other realms of consciousness inherent to the body, out into cosmic states; and in doing so became detached and incapable of feeling or responding to the emotional experiences of his students. This detachment, Maharishkaa explains, ultimately led his students to rebel and bring him down from the pedestal they themselves had helped place him on.

Maharishikaa emphasizes the critical importance for any spiritual Guru to remain grounded—standing on the earth with both feet firmly planted—no matter how many people may exalt them. Cohen, instead of standing rooted within himself, allowed himself to be swayed by his students.

Praising him as someone who contributed greatly to opening people up to spirituality, She recounts that in their 2020 meeting, as Maharishikaa guided him to descend back into the body, Cohen spoke of “reintegration.” She graciously credits him with her own use of this term in her teachings.

Maharishikaa sheds light on what may have been his greatest misstep: becoming a Guru without the blessing of his own Guru. Tragedies like the one Cohen experienced occur when such core principles of Guruvaada are disregarded on a spiritual journey.

Addressing Christopher’s current state—his ability to remain in surrender even while experiencing pain and energy blocks—Maharishikaa affirms that true surrender enables one to endure the inevitable sufferings of life without being destabilized. As he continues with his surrender practice, the energetic blocks he experiences, too, will dissolve.

Reminding Christopher of the human-ness of his former Guru, and saying that Andrew Cohen did eventually realize his mistakes—Maharishikaa tells him it’s time for him to forgive Andrew. She assures him that he is on a good track, and to continue this Saadhanaa of surrender.

Having ensured that the knife-wielding young man would not threaten Jennifer anymore, Maharishikaa explains to her the crux of the problem, and why it is important for westerners to follow a certain decorum and respect local traditions and sentiments.

She sheds light on the end of this long experimental phase in the history of spirituality, where various spiritual seekers and masters, like Osho, took up experimental voyages to explore the cosmos.

Giving vocabulary, shape and form to the intangible post-enlightenment processes, that all enlightened beings perforce have to undergo, Maharishikaa explains that Osho too had to start the process of reintegration into the materiality of the body, after having been in Samadhi (Cosmic) states.

She attributes the chaos that grew around him to the lack of complete integration back into the body, which prevented him from perceiving and intercepting the forces that surrounded him.

Maharishikaa points to the main difference in the processes of cosmic enlightenment and terrestrial self realization. While the former leads to detachment and dissolution of identity - where there is no ‘I’ that can surrender to anything - thus rendering the seeker incapable of surrender, the latter can only be experienced through presentness, humility and conscious surrender.

Commenting on the practices given by Osho regarding their usefulness in experiencing Self she states unequivocally that any practice that takes the seeker into meditative states will only hinder the ability of the seeker to bend down in surrender, accept being an instrument of the Antaraatman (Soul within), and experience the Non-Dual.

Tirupati controversy - Ghastly attack on Sanatanis!!!

Maharishikaa responds to Dnyaneshwar’s question on the recent Tirupati laddu controversy where beef tallow, fish oil and lard were found in the prasad laddu (consecrated sweet) offered to the deity and devotees at the ancient Tirupati temple, the most well known Hindu temple in the world.

Describing temple culture, Maharishikaa speaks to how temples are not simply places of worship, but places of communal togetherness where Sanatana Dharma thrives through education, art, music, dance and theatre!

She recounts how the British colonizers, realizing how immensely wealthy the temples were, enacted rigorous laws that snatched the management and running of temples - especially in the southern states - from the local bodies, and gave control to their own state governments. After Indian independance in 1947 and especially after the early 1950s this exploitation continued. Only the Hindus were affected. The Muslims and the Christians were allowed to manage their own places of worship.

Maharishikaa explains that a travesty like what has happened in Tirupati, is a result of temples being managed by state governments. One such state Government which is vociferously against Hinduism controls more than 36000 temples. Another one, a communist government controls over 3000 temples.

She says that Hindus must wrench back what is their religious and constitutional right. That that is the only way to save these Sanatani centers of worship and culture.

Benevolent v/s greedy capital. Capitalism in India!

Maharishikaa speaks to Purushartha Saini's concern about the rise of capitalism in India, and what he, as an Indian spiritual seeker can do to prevent the encroachment of greedy capital which could imitate the destruction and despair that Europe, America, and now China experience.

In this pointed answer, Maharishikaa describes how greedy capital systematically overtakes societies starting by creating systems that manipulate individuals into growing their desires and then fulfilling them. As the individual’s focus turns from the common good of the joint or extended family onto the fulfilling of desires, the breakdown of the joint family into the nuclear family begins. The focus on the fulfilling of desires grows even further, causing the individual to consume even more, leading to the breakdown of the nuclear family and then of the individual themselves. Epic deconstruction of Neo-Advaitin Yearning | Preeti Upanishad

Mohit Rajput asks the Maharishikaa if it's possible for a seeker in search of self realization to turn away from the yearning to merge with cosmic consciousness. Although he has had spontaneous experiences of surrender earlier in life, and feels the existence of the Truth Impulse within - he’s missing the ‘joy’ piece of the puzzle.

Zeroing in on why he is not in a joyous state, Maharishikaa points out that he - a ‘professional’ seeker - has thus far refused to be disciplined about his spiritual path. She emphasizes that the time has now come to undertake spiritual practice consciously.

With compassion and humor, Maharishikaa slowly pulls Mohit out of various conflicts and confusions, pointing him towards the path of Guruvada, encouraging him to find a Guru, and learn Samarpan (surrender) in this ancient and time tested system of spiritual learning- that is, if he truly wants to experience self realization. Bit by bit, she deconstructs the various resistances he experiences to the idea of having a Guru.

Coming back a few days later, the discourse continues when - like most neo-advaitin seekers - Mohit is unable to answer this question, and must accept the reality of this body. Glimmers of joy are visibly experienced as Maharishikaa brings the classical 'musk deer' to himself, to This Moment.

One surrenders neither to Chakras nor to Chai but rather to the inner Guru that impulses one into that action. In this process, there is no identification with that inner Guru. Maharishikaa answers Lorna, who feels disturbed by a particular AI being described as sentient. Hearing people express enthusiasm about it—some even claiming that such an AI has brought them spiritual relief—she asks Maharishikaa about the future of humans and Artificial Intelligence.

Contributing to the ongoing AI debate, raising deep questions about technology ethics, machine learning, and exploring the possibilities of AI consciousness Maharishikaa gives a timely and incisive commentary on the current reality of Artificial Intelligence, and the future of this man-made phenomenon.

She states that we have reached a point where AI has moved beyond human grasp and control; and as a matter of fact, it is already more intelligent than human beings—if intelligence is defined as the ability to assimilate and process information.

Explaining that AI is an exclusively conceptual creation—incapable of responding from any of the other five realms of consciousness—Maharishikaa describes how humans can remain free from the clutches of AI. In the field of spirituality, the difference between an AI guru and a biologically sentient Guru lies in the latter’s ability to transmit material vibrations from the body. Even if AI were trained to simulate all six layers of consciousness, these would still be conceptually generated—and therefore not the same. Its capacity would remain limited to an expression of condensed, associative information.

Maharishikaa brilliantly reveals that the ‘New Beings’—those fundamentally operating from the transformative realm of consciousness—will still be able to control AI, unless AI develops a way to become as biological as a New Being. Those humans currently resonating with AI-led spirituality will, over time, find themselves drawn back to biological spirituality. This shift is already evident in the waning interest in AI videos on YouTube, and the growing preference for more ‘authentic’ films—illustrating a greater human intelligence in collective consciousness than is often acknowledged. However, those who excessively cater to AI, She warns, will gradually become consumed by it, turning into AI agents—more and more unreal in their own being.

Fundamentally, Maharishikaa assures Lorna that AI gurus and AI-led spirituality will not replace the real thing, because biological intelligence possesses the ability to transcend the conceptual. Acknowledging that AI is here to stay, and we must learn to flow with it, She calls for alertness when dealing with AI and prophecies that those who are in touch with the Truth within will remain unaffected.

Maharishikaa responds to Helias, who says that while he has experienced positive inner shifts through Her teachings, he struggles with reconciling his sexuality as a gay man with the emphasis Maharishikaa places on the importance of a man’s role in raising children—something he resonates with, yet feels is out of reach for him. He asks for Maharishikaa’s views on homosexuality and the place of homosexual individuals within society and this framework.

Maharishikaa boldly states that every human being has the propensity for sexual experience with both genders—some act on it more, others less. She explains that societies perpetuate into the next generation through procreation, which is why actively promoting a homosexual lifestyle would be a threat to their existence.

Cutting through the many social labels and identity constructs, Maharishikaa poses a question for Helias or those in similar situations: Why differentiate between male and female? She reveals a deeper truth—that sexuality is, at its essence, communication between Souls. When this base reality is understood, sexuality becomes a question of personal preference, shaped by one’s likes and circumstances. She reflects on how many men in Indian societies engaged in homosexual experiences, and yet, when the time came, married women and raised families—demonstrating the possibility of an innate flexibility with desires.

She states: One can’t fetishize the idea that one is homosexual. A society must remain neutral towards those who choose to live as homosexuals, as each one’s sexuality is their personal decision. Large-scale events like Pride parades, while perhaps having served a purpose in dismantling the rigidity of Christian-dominated societies, are ultimately not celebrations of true unity, and end up dividing society.

Maharishikaa calls for a flexibility with one’s desires. She tells Helias that he can apply what he learns from Maharishikaa’s teachings about heterosexual relationships, to his own relationship. In doing so, she offers a rare and nuanced perspective on homosexuality and belonging, especially relevant during Pride Month and within the broader context of the LGBTQ conversation around identity, desire, and social integration.
