<p><b>De-Stress while practicing this short Mindful Walking Meditation.</b> When you find yourself stressed or somewhat overwhelmed and need to take some time out to re-group and calm the nerves, then try this guided Mindful Walking Meditation.</p>

<p>You do not need any previous meditation experience to do this Mindful Walking Practice. You can do it indoors or outdoors, at home or in work.</p>

<p><b>Duration:</b> 13 mins</p>

<p><b>Instructions:</b> You can do this meditation wearing shoes or barefoot. Practice this at work or at home. You can practice this in your garden, in the office, in the park, in your kitchen, at the beach or in any quiet outdoor/ indoor space. It encourages us to seek inner stability and peace, even in the face of unpredictable change and chaos. It is suitable in the morning, evening, or anytime in between. <p>Sometimes, when we are faced with a stressful event, we may not be able to change the context or the contents that are present in the event. This can trigger a stressful reaction in us. What we can change, however, is our perception. When we do this, it can literally shift our relationship to what is happening.</p>
