-Mastermind behind Lax Film Room
-Self made lacrosse expert
-Jamie's thoughts on Patrick's insight

01:47 New Rules in NCAA Lacrosse - the Dive
-Dive is a zone buster - better then a 2 pointer
-NY Lizards zone x's and o's
-Analytics for offenses against zones
-Calls for diving "at the mouth of the goal"
-Penalties that the dive will bring
-Differentiating safe dives vs. unsafe dives with goalies

06:52 How to defend the dive and how the dive creates chances
-Officiating will play a big role
-Triping penalties
-Defensive adjustments
-Slide earlier
-Offense creation
-Fake inside rolls and come topside will open up
-Dive legends and Dom Starsias role
-Injury concerns

13:35 New Shot Clock Rules
-More normal play
-Face offs will survive now

15:25 Shot Clock for Defense vs Offense
-New rules get allows more risks
-Scoring efficiency was too high
-Opens up more freedom for players
-Canadians may have an advantage
-Fewer bad risks
-Over selling how many two way middies there will be
-The subing game may be less different then people think
-Less time wasting

24:09 Why Zones might not be a big deal and philosophies
-Not a lot of zone teams have been seen a lot
-Its already happening
-Different zone offense philosophies
-Teams will be better at zone offense with short time
-Switches will be more prominent
-Exploit people who can't dodge
-Pressure defense is still key
-End of shot clock philosophy
-How to take advantage of peoples weakesses

34:22 Other Strategies with the Shot Clock
-More close defender involvement with clearing
-Will change how defensemen are recruited
-End of Denver Chesapeake game sub game
-Riding vs transition
-Clearing clock is still there

41:54 Will there be More Riding or Less Riding or More of the Same?
-Teams are going to clear differenty
-Push it more then before
-More time on offense if you clear quickly
-Ride philosophies
-More riding/clearing opportunities in a game
-Differences between a good riding and bad riding team is marginal
-Defense will now be able to make up for a sub par face off guy
-Offensive efficiency

47:44 80 Second Resets
-Only less than 10% of possessions resulted in a reset
-Majority of possessions already happened inside of 60 seconds
-End of game situations
-Hard to get a reset
-Score and try to win a faceoff is the best end of game move
-Teams electing to just roll the ball in the corner
-May change how and where shooters shoot

51:32 Value of time with the shot/efficiency as a function of time left on the shot clock
-How valuable are the little things?
-Value of zone rides
-Differences in time left in the shot clock
-How do offenses respond when there is 50 seconds left vs 25, 20, 15, 5, etc.

55:52 Gathering Data from College Coaches
-Anonymous data exchange
-Give a baseline to teams
-Will give major contribution of the big picture
-Will tell you when chances are most worth taking

57:33 Ground Balls from Over Rated to Under Rated Stat
-20/30 years ago "ground balls win games" was a big idea
-Context matters with ground balls
-Stat can be skewed with simple drops and a recollection of the ball
-Ground balls impacts more than just efficiency
-Face off ground balls vs other ground balls
-Most impactful ground ball is on defense

1:04:40 Last Points
-Not good stats for possessions and changes of possessions
-Turnover stats
-Subjectivity of some stats
-Defining a turn over
-Add to the box score stats
