From his roots as a successful player in the late 80s / early 90s to turning around and taking his talent to use to give back to the youth and eventually becoming the coach of Thomson High School with the task of turning their program around.

After a 5-7 and 6-6 start, he’s become a premiere coach in the CSRA, setting a championship standard, and he gives his perspective on coaching and on the things that players can do to help themselves during recruitment.
