Patrick Linfors is the Scout Executive/CEO of the Garden State Council, Boy Scouts of America, which serves families in six counties of South Jersey. An Eagle Scout, Patrick started his career with the BSA in 2005 in Orlando, Florida. He later served as the COO of the North Florida Council in Jacksonville. Prior to his Scouting career, Patrick was a reporter and anchor for News-Radio 610 WIOD in Miami. Patrick is a member of the Rotary Club of Haddonfield, and is a founding member of a team called the Castaways Against Cancer, which kayaks every summer from Miami to Key West in support of cancer research. Patrick, his wife Patty and their two sons live in Gloucester Township.

She led her middle school through the process to become a National School ofCharacter in 2015. In 2017, she was awarded the Texas HEB Secondary Principal of the Year. In 2018 Julie was recognized by Growing Leaders Inc. in Atlanta with the Growing Leaders Award, an award given to a person who exemplifies all the characteristics of someone who is working to help students take on real-life challenges and opportunities.

Her most recent honor was the Jostens Educator of the Year Award, recognizing the work she has done with school culture and change. Linnihan earned her National Board Certification for teaching secondary English in 2018. It was this experience that ignited a passion for sharing her ideas about creating a video archive to better serve her students. In addition to teaching, Linnihan serves as the program coordinator for the Distinguished Young Women of Brookfield Scholarship program, a national program that develops and recognizes scholarship, talent, and leadership in young women. She credits this program for launching her in a positive direction in life when she was a high school participant.

In 2019, she was selected as a “Most Influential Educator” for the Elmbrook School District. Linnihan earned her bachelor’s degree in English and History from the University of Wisconsin Madison. In many communities, most refer to their struggles in mathematics as "needing a tutor", "not applying oneself", or "not being efficient in math". Due to unawareness, students struggle and are forced to make life decisions that alter their being and the productivity of the nation. The mandate that I'm given is a charge for the education system to be abrupt on this topic so that students will be empowered and serviced.

This mandate is expected to move the country onward and forward.
