Michael I. Serotoff, MD, MBA, FACEP, LSSGB is an emergency physician and healthcare leader whose career blends high‑acuity clinical practice with system‑level quality improvement and operational transformation. Board‑certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of ACEP, Dr. Serotoff trained at the Jacobi/Montefiore Emergency Medicine Residency before relocating to Georgia, where he has served across major health systems including Southern Regional Medical Center, Piedmont Eastside, Northside Hospital, and The Southeast Permanente Medical Group. His clinical background spans Level I trauma, critical care, sepsis management, acute stroke care, and high‑fidelity simulation education, and he has contributed to the training of residents, mid‑level providers, and medical students through simulation faculty roles and ATLS instruction. In August 2026, Dr. Serotoff will assume the role of Chief, Department of Emergency Medicine at Wellstar Columbia County, where he will lead clinical operations, quality strategy, and departmental performance for a rapidly growing regional emergency care service. Dr. Serotoff pairs his clinical expertise with advanced leadership training, earning his Physician Executive MBA from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business and completing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. As Emergency Medicine Quality Lead for Kaiser Permanente’s Ambulatory Care Centers, he has overseen quality and operations for 53 clinicians across three high‑volume sites, driving improvements in chart closure, PDMP compliance, care gap closure, and evidence‑based utilization management. His leadership portfolio includes DMAIC‑driven process redesign, sepsis pathway development, mental health policy creation, multi‑specialty integration, and physician communication coaching. Beyond his operational work, Dr. Serotoff is active in community and professional outreach across Georgia, delivering wellness webinars, men’s health programming, and keynote talks on digital transformation and AI in healthcare — reflecting his commitment to advancing care quality, patient experience, and clinical leadership across the Georgia region.

Andrew Eubanks is a 2nd-year medical student at Morehouse School of Medicine with diverse clinical background as a registered nurse in emergency and ICU environments. Andrew is passionate about advancing healthcare through evidence-based practice and community engagement. He is excited to expand his network, engage med students and physicians around the state, and collaborate with healthcare professionals through the Medical Association of Atlanta, where he continues learning about innovative approaches to medicine and patient care.

Theresa Rohr-Kirchgraber, M.D., M.A.C.P., F.A.M.W.A: California native Dr. Rohr-Kirchgraber graduated from California State University, Long Beach, and Weill College of Medicine at Cornell. Training as an Internist at University Hospitals of Cleveland, she is a professor of medicine and clinician educator who joined the faculty of AU/UGA Medical Partnership in March 2021. A physician advocate, leading efforts to improve the health of women and their families, her leadership positions have included 1st Hispanic president of the American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA), vice-chair of the American Medical Association (AMA) Women’s Physician Section, AMA Minority Affairs Governing Council and the Dissemination and Implementation Steering Committee for the Women’s Preventive Services Initiative with the American College of OBGYN. An inaugural fellow of AMWA Dr. Rohr-Kirchgraber, is the recipient of many leadership and teaching awards. As an underrepresented in medicine professor of medicine, Dr. Rohr-Kirchgraber is passionate about the need for increased diversity in healthcare. Developing programs and mentoring, she strives to assist physicians and others to find satisfaction in their careers. Teaching to ensure our future physicians have a well-rounded background in clinical medicine and understand the social determinants that affect health and wellbeing, her clinical expertise is in primary care for adults and adolescents, especially those with chronic conditions.

Colin Delargy: Colin Delargy is Assistant Director of Strategy for the Housing Innovation Lab, part of the City of Atlanta’s Housing team. Colin focuses on strategies to increase the production and preservation of affordable housing in Atlanta, and to ensure that that housing meets the needs of residents and neighborhoods. Colin holds Masters degrees in Public Policy and City and Regional Planning from Georgia Tech, and a Bachelors in City and Regional Planning from the Technische Universität in Berlin, Germany. Colin currently resides in the Sylvan Hills neighborhood in Atlanta.
